Description

Interesting 1878 lithograph showing the businesses and small train station of C.J. Stevens in the Livermore Valley in the East Bay area of California.

The Magnolia Saloon, offices, and a warehouse are shown with horse-drawn wagons bringing goods to the train.

Evidently, the mill burned in 1881. The street on the far left is 1st Street.  In the foreground is Livermore Ave.
