A pamphlet created to promote real estate sales in Roswell, New Mexico. Likely issued in the mid to late 1960s or early 1970s, this brochure contains an informative map of the area and interesting pictures of the town and its amenities. The main feature of this pamphlet is the large map of the city. This map was designed to encourage people to move to Roswell so it is quite detailed in terms of streets and depicted locations. The map contains an index for the streets of Roswell which are shown in a grid format to find easier. The map also notes key locations around the town such as the New Mexico Military Institute, the Y.M.C.A. and all the schools in town.
A lower inset contains what appears to be a map of the Roswell Campus of Eastern New Mexico University. Like the larger map, this inset contains an index of useful locations depicted on the map to aid in navigation. Like the other map, this inset includes detailed depiction of the streets, roads, and routes of the area.
The other page contains a list of realtors for Roswell and several pictures that showcase different facets of the town. Churches, hospitals, schools, and businesses are all pictured along with a brief line of text that describes the image.
