Detailed map of the area south of Adams Street, centered on Tenth Avenue (Edgehill Drive).
The map includes early annotations, likely lot prices. A note at the left states that "Water supplied by the Union Hollywood Water Company, formerly the West Los Angeles Water Co.; and pipes are now laid through the tract."
The West Adams Park Tract was first advertising for sale in 1908. Arthur Kinney's name only seems to appear in early advertising.
