Last year we shipped over 4,500 antique maps to more than 50 countries. Maps are shipped Monday through Friday year-round. If an order is received before 2 PM PST, we will ship the order that day. If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Shipping rates are provided as part of the checkout process.

Description

Lively pictorial map of New York and New England, published to promote travel about the Greyhound Company bus lines.

The map is filled with whimsical touristical and recreational images, showcasing the summer and winter sports and recrational activities in the region, local culture, history and communities. Several images reflect racial and culture sterotypes of the period which would now be considered offensive.

The verso and cover include decorative illustrations, an outline map of the US and illustrations of the interior of a Greyhound bus.
