Benjamin Franklin in Paris During the American Revolution

Marvelous salon image of Benjamin Franklin surrounded by the court of Louis XVI, during his time in Paris advocating on behalf of the American patriot cause against Great Britain.   

The image was  engraved in London by W.O. Geller and published by William Jay, Charles J. Hedenberg and William H. Emerson.

Condition Description
"PROOF" in the lower left corner. Some toning. A few repaired edge tears.
