Here is the Place to Build a Bungalow!
Detailed map of the Hollywood Park area (on the Pacific Electric Railway line and Cahuenga Pass Road), drawn by Brauwer to promote the Patton & Longley Company subdivision.
The area shown is immediately north of Mulholland Drive, bounded by the 101 Freeway and immediately south of Valley View High School, centered on what is today Pacific View Drive, with Runyan Canyon and Mulholland Drive. The map extends west to what is now Packwood Trail and Pacific View Trail and to Woodrow Wilson Drive in the north and northwest.
The map includes 2 sets of vignettes of model bungalows at the top, bottom and sides of the map.
The map was annotated by an early owner.
Rarity
The map is apparently a unique survival. We are unable to locate another example.
