Fine example of C.J. Visscher's rare map of Moravia.

The map is based upon a map by Johan Amos Comenius (1592-1670), Czech cartographer and priest.

Includes 4 inset views of Brunn, Olmutz, Polna & Znaim.

The map was first published in 1627. The present example is dated 1664.
