The map appeared in Alexander Aitchison's Modern gazetteer; being a compendious geographical dictionary . . ., a two volume work, illustrated with outline color maps.
The map is extremely rare. We note only the example described by Barbara McCorckle in A CARTO-BIBLIOGRAPHY OF THE MAPS in EIGHTEENTH-CENTURY BRITISH AND AMERICAN GEOGRAPHY BOOKS.
