Rare Russian Map of Africa.
Interesting late-18th century Russian-language map of Africa, probably published in St. Petersburg around 1780.
The map features a large and attractive cartouch of a crocodile and monkey, with palm trees.
Condition Description
Light surface soiling. Dampstain in the upper right and left corners. Small split to central vertical fold at bottom edge. Manuscript page number in the upper right corner.
