Detailed map of Chile, oriented with east at the top and centered on Arauco. Extends from the Santiago area (Rio de Copayapo) to just south of Castro (Isla Grande de Chiloe).
Gerritsz' map Chile of served as a model for other cartographers throughout the rest of the century.
