Unrecorded Lafreri map of Morea, which bears is apparently the proof state for Zacharakis map #776.
The map is similar to the map of Morea, from Camocio's rare Isole Famose porti, fortezze, e terre maritime . . . entitled Morea Peninsula Provinc.a Principale della Grecia ... Fertile di Ogni Cosa (Zackarakis 775), which appeared in 2 states, one with plate number and one without. However, this map does not have the same cartouche and is quite likely a completely different plate, It bears a striking similarilty to the variant noted by Zacharakis (#776), but the present map has no title within the cartouche and is an extremely dark early impression.
