Description

Rare pair of historical broadsheets, published in London in 1706 for popular use.

The top sheet has been augmented by an early owners to show a summary of the statistics in the table.

Includes interesting historical notes in an early hand on the verso, examining British history in the middle ages.

The image notes that it was "Printed by J. Humfreys, for Andrew Bell at the Cross Keys and Bible in Cornhill; and Ralph Smith at the Bible under the Piazza of the Royal Exchange."

Rarity

These broadsheets are extremely rare. 

We were unable to locate any examples of the top sheet.  

The bottom sheet is listed by Henry G. Bohn, in The Bibliographer's Manual of English Literature, Volume 1, p.742 (2022).

OCLC locates only the example in the British Library.
