Nice example of Faden's plan of the Siege of Charlestown (Charleston), from Stedman's History of the American War.

The plan includes a detailed map showing Charlestown (now Charleston) at the confluence of the Ashley and Cooper's Rivers. North is toward the upper left. The three parallels of the British siege are shown north of the city. The British fleet is shown in the harbor off Fort Johnston. A boom is shown blocking Cooper's River between Charleston and Shutes Folly. Also shown are Fort Johnston, Fort Sullivan, Haddrellss Point, Gibbs Landing, and a detailed town plan of Charleston.

A number of Faden's most important battle plans were reprinted by Charles Stedman 1794 for his History of the Origin, Progress, and Termination of the American War
